Shipping policy

Please note:

- We only ship to NZ addresses.

- Very few couriers allow shipping to P.O Boxes so we prefer a non PO Box address to be supplied for delivery.

 

Standard Orders

- Total cart value under $149: $10 flat rate

- Total cart value over $149: FREE Shipping*

- Rural deliveries up to $149 (NZ Wide): $17.50 flat rate (Allow an additional 2-3 days for rural deliveries.)

*This excludes bulk-sized items and all motorcycles 

 

Bulky Orders

Bulk-Sized items will be charged freight depending on the item's size.  Freight rates will vary from $20 to $100 depending on the location and items being shipped.  In some instances a specific freight quote may need to be sourced. 

We'll always work to get the best possible freight price and if we're able to source reduced freight costs we will aim to refund the difference depending on time and location.

PLEASE NOTE - Motorcycle Shipping does not fit into this category and will be quoted for you on request should you be out of region. 

 

Delivery Estimates

Due to not all stock being held at our store and being shipped to you from across NZ, delivery timeframes will vary.

Our expected delivery times for CourierPost are:

- North Island: 1-2 Days

- South Island: 1-3 Days

- Allow an additional 2-3 days for rural deliveries.
